GTV Broadcasts Live

In the Viking Commons, GTV has been hard at work all day, and they managed to steal the show at the same time. Broadcasting live for nearly the entire show for the first time ever was a great experience for all members and students alike.

“I loved it. It was a really, really good experience,” Said Diego Cardenas, one of the members of GTV, “The technical directing was great.” Other members agreed that going live for the show was a memorable experience.

“I think we need to do it more often. It was really interesting,” added Payton Dahlin. Students in classrooms also felt that going live was an enjoyable experience and that it made watching the show even better.

When not going live, GTV was working on various newscasts and projects that they intend on sending into the Student Television Network competition. Other members worked on interviews with teachers and documented the events of the day.

Overall, the GTV booth was very energetic and enthusiastic today while encouraging students to join the club or the classes, and their presence was known in the entire school. GTV definitely is a great way to get involved and #UseOurVoices!
